 The residents come first at West Hills. We have skilled registered nurses on duty 24 hours daily along with a team of committed professionals and physicians. We offer Transitional Care that serves those who have been discharged from a hospital but still require short-term rehabilitation and specialized attention before returning home. Our Goal is to help every individual accomplish his or her highest level of independence. In addition to transitional care, we offer general respite care for those in need of a shorter stay and hospice care for the terminally ill.
